Job summary

isolved is a leading provider of human capital management solutions, seeking an HR administrator in Utah. You will own onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee records, and support HR operations to ensure compliance and data integrity.

In this role you will partner with the HR Business Partner on merit and promotion processes, transfers, and talent management, while assisting with benefits administration and payroll data. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Human resources administrative experience.
• HCM database entry and management experience.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs.
• Discretion when dealing with confidential information.
• Initiative and the desire to own problems from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring data integrity and compliant documentation.
• Support HR Business Partner in merit, promotions, transfers, recruiting, interviewing and talent management.
• Assist with benefits administration and compensation processes.
• Maintain and manage HRIS data, including employee records and payroll inputs.
• Create and process internal role change memos related to changes in role/compensation.
• Respond to HR inquiries and communicate policies and programs to staff.
• Produce ad hoc reports via the HR system and support development programs.
