Job summary

TeamSnap is seeking a People Operations professional to manage HR support for employees and managers, ensuring HR inquiries are resolved efficiently and complex issues routed to specialists.

You will own HRIS data integrity, payroll coordination, and parental leave processes end-to-end, while coordinating onboarding, orientation, benefits enrollment, and compliance documentation to keep audits ready.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR or People Operations experience.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits or compliance.
• Comfort working in a remote/distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of support for employee and manager HR questions, resolving routine inquiries and routing complex ones to specialists.
• Own HRIS data integrity, payroll coordination, and parental leave processes end-to-end.
• Run onboarding, orientation, benefits enrollment, and compliance documentation to keep everything audit-ready.
