Job summary

TeamSnap is seeking an experienced HR/People Operations Generalist to support day-to-day HR activities across operations, benefits, compliance, and culture. You will manage Paycor data, assist employees and managers with policies, and coordinate onboarding, benefits, and leave processes.

You’ll partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate, timely updates while supporting a remote, distributed team. A strong eye for detail and service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an HR, People Operations, or generalist role.
• Familiarity with Paycor or similar HRIS is a plus.
• Attention to detail to prevent compliance or payroll issues.
• Strong service mindset and clear communication, including sensitive processes.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort supporting a remote or distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers (policies, benefits, systems, lifecycle changes).
• Maintain Paycor data integrity across the employee lifecycle and handle hires/offboarding.
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure timely, accurate changes and proper communication between systems.
• Own the parental leave process end-to-end, guiding employees through timelines and documentation.
• Lead annual benefits enrollment, communicate rate changes, and coordinate with Finance and Brokers.
• Maintain compliance documentation (I-9s, leave paperwork, training trackers).
• Run onboarding, orientation, and culture programs for new TeamSnappers.
