Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in coordinating People Operations/HR

• Experience with HRIS (HiBob) is a plus
• Experience owning a new hire program is a plus

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on benefits, payroll, systems, and programs
• Own new hire onboarding, from preboarding to day-of hosting and swag
• Own offboarding, including exit notices and equipment return tracking
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and related systems
• Assist payroll operations and benefits changes with partners
• Support immigration casework and VOE/E-Verify coordination
• Support program leaders with scheduling, materials, and logistics
