Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations or HR roles handling detailed processes accurately and on time.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Discretion in handling sensitive information and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding logistics, ensuring smooth starts and transitions.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy, organization, and audit-readiness.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment, inquiries, and vendor coordination.
• Help ensure compliance with employment laws and flag issues as they arise.
• Own People Ops documentation, including handbook and process guides, and draft new ones as needed.
• Identify broken processes or risks and escalate with context.
