You will coordinate new hire checks, I-9 verifications, and orientation scheduling; maintain records and assist with payroll reporting and HR metrics. The role emphasizes data privacy, process improvements, and collaboration with payroll and IT tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 0-2 years in HR, recruiting coordination, or admin roles.
• Experience with HRIS data entry and reporting.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries and route complex issues.
• Coordinate new hire processes including background checks and I-9.
• Manage offboarding logistics and exit surveys.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and org charts.
• Partner with payroll for reporting and audits.
• Generate HR metrics (headcount, turnover, time-to-fill).
• Assist in HR workflow improvements including AI tools.
• Maintain People Ops information in Confluence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
