Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager in Schertz, Texas to oversee all HR activities, partner with local leadership on workforce planning, and ensure delivery of HR processes and procedures across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years in management (or a higher education path). It offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement benefits, and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of management experience
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9+ years of related experience and 5+ years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR activities and collaborate with local leadership to deliver HR processes and procedures.
• Evaluate HR issues and needs to deliver strategic responses with local business leaders on workforce plans.
• Balance conflicting viewpoints and mediate employee relations issues as a neutral party.
• Lead talent management, employee development training, and oversee performance reviews and compensation processes.
• Communicate benefit changes and manage AAP data for OFCCP audits with Compliance and TA teams.
• Measure performance using the HR scorecard and address concerns.
• Partner with the TA team on staffing strategies, staffing calls, and hiring events.
• Other duties as assigned.
