Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR activities, align with local leadership, and drive workforce planning.

You will lead talent management, development, performance processes, and benefit communications while partnering with Talent Acquisition and compliance teams to support OFCCP audits. AAP coordination and scorecard-driven performance reviews are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of management experience.
• High School Diploma with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of management experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR activities in collaboration with local leadership.
• Evaluate HR issues and deliver strategic responses with workforce planning.
• Mediate employee relations issues as a neutral party.
• Lead talent management, employee development, and performance reviews.
• Communicate benefit changes and manage AAP with OFCCP data for audits.
• Measure performance using the HR scorecard and address concerns.
• Partner with TA team on staffing strategies and hiring events.
• Other duties as assigned.
