StubHub is seeking a People Operations Associate to own core employee lifecycle operations and administration. You’ll support onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, and data governance, helping ensure a smooth employee journey in a hybrid New York environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, process-driven work at high volume.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine service mindset toward employees at every level.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and ticketing systems.
• Ability to follow established processes precisely, while proactively flagging opportunities to improve them.
• Ability to coordinate logistics across multiple programs at once, staying organized under deadlines.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle changes accurately and on time in our People systems.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding logistics: paperwork, day-one setup, terminations and checklists.
• Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate onboarding across entities.
• Own tier-1 employee support via ticketing and email, routing inquiries effectively.
• Maintain accurate employee documentation and HRIS data, support audits.
• Maintain templates and the People document repository; write SOPs and guides.
• Support recurring People programs by coordinating timelines and logistics with the team.
• Help create a positive, consistent employee experience throughout the journey at the company.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and scale the People Operations function.
