Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a People Operations Specialist to manage onboarding, HR administration, and company events across our Salem and Fremont offices. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited to create welcoming experiences for coworkers.

You will own the new hire onboarding end-to-end, support HRIS and workflows, coordinate with IT, Facilities, Recruiting, and plan events such as offsites and holiday parties while ensuring data integrity and

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in People Operations or related role.
• BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience administering an HRIS platform and processing data changes.
• Enthusiasm for onboarding and a creative mindset for engaging programs.
• Experience planning team events and building engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion when handling confidential information.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Own the new hire onboarding experience end-to-end, from offer to 90 days, coordinating with IT, Facilities, and Recruiting.
• Maintain onboarding touchpoints and schedules, keeping programs fresh and welcoming.
• Plan and support company events (offsites, family days, summits, holidays), manage vendors and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day HRIS administration and data integrity.
• Support HR systems, documentation, and workflows to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc HR projects.
