Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field.
• 2–3 years HR, admin support or related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and deadline skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes including applicant tracking and verifications.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data; assist with reporting and audits.
• Assist with HR compliance and policy adherence across the organization.
• Respond to employee inquiries professionally and coordinate resolutions.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding and new hire orientation.
