Job summary

TriEdge Investments seeks a highly organized People Associate to elevate the employee experience across the full lifecycle. You will collaborate with employees, leaders, and external partners to support People Operations, talent initiatives, and organizational growth within a fast-paced environment.

You’ll help drive onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee development while maintaining data integrity, implementing scalable processes, and delivering compliant HR support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 4+ years in HR/People Ops or related roles.
• High integrity with discretion and sound judgment.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and PEO platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding, performance management, compensation and employee lifecycle programs.
• Partner with leadership on people reporting, analytics, and workforce planning.
• Facilitate equity administration with legal and internal stakeholders.
• Develop HR resources, trainings, and employee-facing documentation.
• Support managers and employees to scale People practices.
