Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts (RSC) is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team in Cincinnati. You will own HR processes across multiple areas, support employees and leaders, and help create a positive employee experience from behind the scenes and on the front lines.

This role requires ownership, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 5+ years in HR/HR Ops and HRIS/payroll exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources or HR Operations.
• Experience with HRIS systems, employee transactions, and record management.
• Experience supporting payroll preparation, timekeeping, pay changes, or payroll reporting.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and confidential information handling.

Responsibilities

• Keep HR Operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate employee records and processing HR transactions in HRIS.
• Ensure employee changes, documentation, and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve HR operations.
• Prepare and review payroll information, employee pay changes, and timekeeping records.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies to ensure accurate payments and deadlines.
• Serve as a go-to resource for employees and leaders on everyday HR questions.
• Support managers with attendance, performance documentation, coaching, and HR processes.
• Help plan employee engagement events, recognition programs, and company swag.
