Raymond Storage Concepts, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team in the Cincinnati area.

This full‑time, onsite role focuses on keeping HR processes running smoothly, supporting payroll and timekeeping, and serving as a trusted resource for employees and leaders. You will own HR data accuracy, engage in benefits education, and drive process improvements while collaborating with a regional team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, payroll support, employee relations, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems, employee transactions, and record management.
• Experience supporting payroll preparation, timekeeping, pay changes, or payroll reporting.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Keep HR Operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records and processing HR transactions in our HRIS.
• Support payroll preparation, timekeeping, pay changes, and payroll reporting; resolve discrepancies.
• Be a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders on everyday questions and processes.
• Help design and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Assist employees navigating benefits and enrollment timelines with internal teams.
• Own reporting, compliance, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
