Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts (RSC) is hiring an Accounts Receivable Associate at our Cincinnati (Blue Ash) headquarters. This role involves applying customer payments, handling invoices in our EBS system, and supporting collections while collaborating with internal teams.

Onsite five days a week, 7 AM to 4 PM. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of AR or collections experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in an office environment.
• Experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable preferred.
• Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments (ACH, checks, credit cards) and apply to invoices.
• Match payments with remittance information and reconcile deposits.
• Submit invoices through portals and ensure complete data entry.
• Identify unapplied credits and clear them against balances.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and short payments.
