Click Bond, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to help manage recruitment, onboarding and HR administration. The role supports benefits, performance initiatives and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

You will maintain HRIS records, assist with job descriptions and policies, and help process payroll-related timekeeping and reports. A detail‑oriented, confidential approach and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred experience with Paycom HRIS or ability to quickly learn the HRIS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support daily People Operations activities including recruitment and onboarding.
• Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews and reference/background checks.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure packets are ready.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and personnel files.
• Collaborate on writing, revising and editing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Review timecards and assist with payroll and related reports.
