Job summary

Fusion Connect seeks an HR Coordinator to deliver consistent, efficient employee experiences across HR transactions and lifecycle activities. You will manage routine tasks, preboarding, onboarding, data accuracy in the HRIS, and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism.

In this role you will maintain SOPs, support education assistance and referral programs, and coordinate offboarding with data updates. A strong customer-service mindset and meticulous attention to privacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a Human Resources support role.
• Experience with HRIS and onboarding/offboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end preboarding and onboarding activities.
• Handle HR data entry and maintain HRIS data accuracy.
• Provide SharePoint and HR mailbox support.
• Support HR programs and respond to employee inquiries professionally.
• Maintain SOPs and assist with offboarding procedures.
