Carnegie is seeking a People Operations Generalist to own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will manage benefits administration, compensation data, and leave, coordinating closely with Insperity to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a blend of detail-oriented work and strong people skills in a remote-first setting, with collaboration across People, Payroll, and Finance teams.

Formación

• 3–5 years of benefits administration, compensation analysis, or HR operations experience.
• Understanding of full payroll cycle and data flow into payroll processing.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day execution of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Serve as primary internal resource for benefits, payroll, 401(k), and leave questions, coordinating with Insperity.
