Job summary

Kooth is seeking a People Operations Generalist to support onboarding, benefits, records, and offboarding, partnering with the People and Talent teams to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives on detail, ownership, and practical process improvements.

The role requires strong organization, discretion, and clear communication, with experience using HRIS systems (Rippling) and training platforms (Litmos). Remote-first work and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

1–3 years in an HR support or generalist role.
Experience administering employee benefits.
Familiar with federal, state, and local employment laws; multi-state experience is a plus.
Experience using an HRIS to maintain employee data.
Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding from offer through onboarding with accurate information and timely communication.
Administer employee benefits and support benefits questions.
Maintain complete, accurate employee records in the HRIS and document systems.
Coordinate leave administration and payroll-related inquiries with relevant teams.
Support offboarding activities and exit processes.
Ensure compliance with wage/hour rules and labor notices.
