Job summary

Pediatrics Plus Website is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to join a team of professionals dedicated to empowering children. This role performs general HR functions for all assigned sites and supports hiring, onboarding, file maintenance, and compliance with laws.

You will maintain confidentiality, assist with audits, and help with benefits processing. Travel may be required; strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

Perform hiring and onboarding for new team members, transfers, and students/volunteers for assigned sites.
Maintain confidentiality of HR information.
Create, maintain, and audit team member files.
Assist with site audits as needed.
Process pay changes, position changes, status changes, and terminations.
Ensure I-9 processing and filing compliance.
Support benefits processing as needed.
Serve as back-up for HR team members.
