Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a People Operations Specialist to provide admin and operational support across People Operations, with primary focus on HRIS administration and payroll backup. You will maintain data integrity, generate reports, and support benefits, compliance, and employee services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or related field.
• Experience supporting payroll processing or as payroll backup preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Hybrid role out of our Nashville, TN office.

Responsibilities

• Administer the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and lifecycle maintenance.
• Generate HR, payroll, and workforce reports; perform data audits.
• Serve as primary payroll backup: prep, validation, audits, adjustments, and year-end tasks.
• Support benefits administration, vendor coordination, and annual open enrollment.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and HRIS updates; respond to policy inquiries.
• Support audits and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
