Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group committed to providing 24/7 virtual-first and in-home care for children with special health care needs. We partner with families, providers, and health plans to expand access and support for complex cases.

The People Operations Specialist will help maintain HRIS data, assist payroll, benefits, and HR operations, ensuring data integrity and compliance across programs, with emphasis on confidentiality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in HR, payroll, or benefits administration.
• Experience supporting payroll processing or payroll backup preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and lifecycle management.
• Back up payroll processing and support payroll-related audits.
• Coordinate benefits enrollments and vendor communications.
• Support HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain confidential employee data.
