Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE US is seeking a People Operations Generalist to support onboarding from pre-hire to start date. You will balance administrative tasks with employee-facing onboarding activities and coordinate with IT for equipment and workspace in Denver.

The role requires 1+ years in HR, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Workday. You’ll work in a People & Culture team, lead orientation, and help drive accurate HR data and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years in HR, including handling HR administration
• Experience supporting HR function
• Familiarity with HR databases, Workday preferred
• Excellent time management, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable presenting company information to new hires
• Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Maintain new-hire log and update records as changes occur
• Initiate background checks and escalate as needed
• Partner with hiring manager to complete pre-hire tasks
• Communicate and coordinate with new hires on first-day expectations
• Process and complete I-9
• Lead weekly New Hire Orientation
• Process the new hire in Workday and capture offer details including one-time payments
• Coordinate with IT and Workplace Services to provide equipment and workspace in Denver
• Assist in data gathering for audit requests and update Workday accordingly
