Happen Bank (formerly LendingClub) in Lehi, UT is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to coordinate onboarding in Workday, manage New Hire Orientation, and ensure data integrity across HR systems.

You will support SOX audits, lifecycle transactions, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to maintain smooth People Operations. A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ experience are desirable, with strong Excel skills and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years admin/HR experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Office.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday/ADP).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate new hire process in Workday.
• Present New Hire Orientation and manage logistics.
• Support data integrity and monthly SOX audits.
• Handle lifecycle transactions (onboarding, severance, payments).
• Maintain People Operations documentation.
• Review background checks per criteria.
• Assist compensation validation processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for smooth ops.
• Respond to employee inquiries promptly.
