A leading energy infrastructure company is seeking a People Business Partner to manage onboarding and HR operations. This role focuses on ensuring new hires have a strong start on Day 1 and that HR processes run efficiently. Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of experience in HR roles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position location is in Utah and offers a competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations / HR Generalist / HR Ops / HR Coordinator roles.
• Hands-on experience owning onboarding logistics and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong operational execution and able to manage high volume.
• High attention to detail, strong written communication, and excellent organization/time management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding operations, ensuring strong Day 1 for new hires.
• Coordinate orientation scheduling and communications.
• Maintain accurate employee data and records.
• Build and improve People Ops workflows and templates.
