Job summary

Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) is a Midwest dairy cooperative with six plants producing cheese and dairy products for foodservice, retail, and ingredients.

We seek an HR/payroll professional to manage biweekly payroll, timekeeping, PTO, and benefits, while maintaining HRIS data and ensuring compliance. The role supports audits, employee relations, and pays competitive wages with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years relevant work experience preferred/required.
• Experience with UltiPro/UKG HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll and ensure wage/hour compliance.
• Review and adjust employee timecards and schedules.
• Coordinate PTO requests and cash outs.
• Prepare benefits enrollment and HRIS documentation.
• Support FMLA, disability, and workers' compensation leaves.
• Maintain employee files and assist with audits.
