Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources across its Midwest manufacturing operations.

The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training while supporting safety and cost performance goals. The successful candidate will manage benefits, onboarding, performance reviews, and union-related communication, while ensuring HR records are accurate and confidential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resources or related field.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Three to five years HR management experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance and safety standards.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment activities for the facility, conduct interviews and extend offers.
• Manage workers' compensation and OSHA compliance programs.
• Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality.
• Lead HR functions including benefits, onboarding, performance reviews and policy updates.
• Develop relationships with leadership to drive safety, quality and cost performance.
• Supervise and train HR staff and manage training programs.
• Prepare HR metrics and provide reports to leadership.
