Job summary

IOS™ is seeking a People Operations Partner to join our in-house HR team in Lenexa, KS. This role partners with the Director, HR to deliver a broad range of HR services, from recruitment and onboarding to training, performance management, and open enrollment.

You will maintain Paycor HRIS data, generate reports, ensure legal compliance, coach managers, and support employee engagement across a growing national footprint. This position is in-office five days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of HR/generalist or people operations experience.
• SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Experience using HRIS platforms (Paycor preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accuracy of HRIS data and generate routine and ad-hoc reports.
• Support compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Assist with performance management and coaching.
• Support benefits enrollment and communications.
• Lead training sessions and internal communications.
