Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-growing organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, or Communications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for day-to-day people questions and employee conversations.
• Maintain accurate employee data across systems in compliance with laws.
• Support onboarding, benefits, performance, payroll, and reporting.
• Document process changes and evolve HR tech stack with automation.
• Build workflows and leverage AI tools to streamline processes.
• Administer benefits, including enrollment and leave management.
• Support culture events and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes.
• Help with talent and recruiting operations and employer branding.
