Integrated Openings Solutions, LLC is hiring a People Operations Partner in Lenexa, KS (fully onsite, 5 days per week). This role partners with the Director, HR to deliver people programs that support employees and managers through day-to-day HR needs and key annual cycles like onboarding and open enrollment. What you’ll do
- Support the Director, HR by fielding employee and manager HR inquiries, triaging issues and escalating when needed.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures, while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Help drive employee engagement, culture, and retention activities.
- Support recruiting by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring workflows with managers.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and new employee orientation, and support smooth transitions.
- Assist with offboarding, including exit interviews and transition coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee data in Paycor and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Run, maintain, and distribute routine and ad-hoc HR reports.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Contribute to policy maintenance and updates, including handbook revisions.
- Support the annual performance evaluation process and assist managers and team members with performance questions, documentation, and coaching needs.
- Help reinforce consistent and equitable performance practices across the organization.
- Partner with Lockton on benefits-related inquiries throughout the year.
- Support the Open Enrollment process, including employee communication, system reviews, troubleshooting, and coordination with brokers/vendors.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and managers as needed.
- Support internal communication efforts including the monthly kIOSk newsletter and participation in Company Townhall and Division Townhall activities.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in human resources in a generalist or people operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Paycor preferred), including maintaining accurate data and generating reports.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and partner effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
Work location and travel
- Location: Lenexa, KS (fully in-office), 5 days per week
- Travel: Travel to the Arkansas offices (Rogers and Fort Smith) every 3 weeks
