Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience including benefits and leave administration, performance management, employee relations, and recruitment.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, California, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, discretion, and project management skills; able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary People Operations Business Partner for assigned Credit Union departments.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, goals, staffing, organizational changes, policy interpretation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and monitor progress in partnership with external resources.
• Support compliance with employment laws; maintain documentation for audits and reports.
• Support HR technology, data reporting, and process improvements.
