Job summary

Pacific Service Credit Union in Concord, CA is hiring an HR Generalist Business Partner to serve as a trusted People Operations partner for assigned departments. You will advise leaders on employee relations, performance, staffing, policy interpretation, and compliance while supporting recruitment and employee experience initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and HRIS/ATS proficiency, with exposure to benefits and leave administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience including benefits and leave administration.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and wage/hour regulations.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary People Operations Business Partner for assigned departments.
• Guide leaders on employee relations, performance, staffing, policy interpretation, and compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and monitor progress with external recruiting partners.
• Provide employee experience initiatives and recognition programs across the organization.
• Support HR compliance, audits, records, and safety processes.
• Support HR technology, system access, testing, and reporting.
