Job summary

Pacific Service Credit Union is seeking a People Operations Coordinator in Concord, CA to support employee training, LMS administration, and People Operations initiatives. You will coordinate training logistics, maintain records, and assist with day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth learning experience for staff and visitors.

This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently and with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, training coordination, or administrative support.
• Experience working with a learning management system (LMS).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid training programs.
• Maintain LMS administration including enrollments, records, and reporting.
• Create and distribute training materials and track participation and completion.
• Support Learning & Development activities and coordinate with subject-matter experts.
• Provide front desk backup and welcome visitors professionally.
• Provide general administrative support for People Operations programs and events.
