Responsibilities

• Coordinate training logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions.
• Manage LMS administration: enrollments, paths, and reporting.
• Create and distribute training materials and track participation.
• Support delivery of training and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Provide reception/front desk backup and assist visitors professionally.
• Support general People Operations activities and special projects.
