Job summary

Pacific Service Credit Union is seeking a People Operations Coordinator in Concord, CA to manage training efforts and LMS administration. This role supports the team with scheduling, material preparation, and attendance tracking, while also serving as a back‑up for reception and front desk duties.

The position emphasizes organized, reliable individuals with strong communication skills who can handle multiple projects, protect confidential information, and contribute to a positive employee

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in HR, training coordination or administrative support.
• Experience working with a learning management system, HR information system, or similar technology, preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple programs, deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid training programs.
• Maintain training calendar and communicate program details to participants and leaders.
• Prepare training rooms and ensure equipment, technology and materials are ready.
• Support facilitators and participants during training programs.
• Assist with training evaluations and compile participant feedback.
• Manage day-to-day LMS administration: enrollments, course content, due dates and reporting.
• Track registration, attendance, participation, completion and certifications.
• Provide reception/front desk backup as needed.
• Maintain training records in compliance with policies.
