Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems is required, with UKG and Lever highly preferred.
• Experience in talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience with audits and compliance requirements is required.
• Knowledge of Open Enrollment, LOA programs, and payroll processing is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People & Culture leaders on employee relations and performance discussions.
• Balance people-first considerations with business outcomes in decision making.
• Drive onboarding, benefits, LOA, and employee relations across the lifecycle.
• Provide coaching and guidance through employee relations, feedback, and development conversations.
• Support recruiting and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
• Collaborate to foster a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
• Maintain and revise policies; ensure content remains relevant.
• Deliver concise communications on program changes with a reader-centric voice.
• Manage compliance obligations (e.g., 5500, EEO-1, Pay Data reporting, audits).
• Participate in projects (RFPs, SOWs, vendor management) and payroll support as needed.
