Responsibilities

• Recruiting and onboarding: assist with phone screens, interview setup, and site tours.
• Send offer letters and coordinate New Hire orientation; maintain new-hire files.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure HRIS accuracy; support payroll audits.
• Assist with LOA, FMLA, ADA requests; back up WD transactional processes.
• Coordinate benefit enrollment and employee communications; support employee relations.
