Job summary

Spring Automation, based in Nashville, TN, seeks an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR services, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, records, and HR systems. You will partner with the HR Business Partner to ensure accurate processes, timely execution, and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR generalist, coordinator, or operations experience.
• Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, benefits, HRIS administration, leave and compliance.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for routine HR questions related to policies and processes.
• Support employee relations issues and escalate when needed.
• Administer HR policies and help employees understand expectations and resources.
• Prepare documentation for hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Maintain confidential employee records and required documents.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and coordinate interview processes.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, system access, and follow-up.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and life-event changes.
• Coordinate leave processes and payroll-related changes with payroll/finance.
• Support performance reviews, goal setting, and engagement surveys.
• Identify process improvements and propose HR enhancements.
• Support HR projects and company initiatives as assigned.
