Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to serve as the face of the HR office for routine inquiries and transactional support. You will assist the HR Business Partner team, coordinate local hiring, onboarding, orientation, benefits enrollment, and learning initiatives at the Nashville area facility.

You will help drive employee engagement, support compliance efforts, and assist managers with salary planning and return-to-work processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1 or more years of experience in relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Assist local employee engagement and coordinate events; act as face of HR for routine inquiries and guide employees to self-service portal or HR service center
• Support HR Business Partner team and leaders by collecting, coordinating information and helping implement local tasks that cannot be done virtually by the HR service center
• Maintain local hiring processes including posting jobs locally, coordinating onsite interviews, and revising job descriptions
• Coordinate local orientation programs and assist with content delivery
• Support compliance initiatives by gathering information and preparing for audits
• Maintain learning and development activities at the facility
• Manage benefits enrollment and direct employees to resources
• Assist in equipping managers for salary and incentive planning
• Aid employees with return to work after Leaves of Absence or Workers’ Comp
