Job summary

Flex Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions across benefits, compliance, payroll, recruitment, and training.

This role partners with department managers and vendors to ensure efficient HR processes, policy adherence, and a positive workplace culture.

Candidates should have multi-state HR experience, SHRM-CP/PHR or similar certifications, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, generalist preferred.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with benefits administration and payroll coordination (vendor experience a plus).
• Multi-state HR experience and HRIS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR functions to support strategic goals and company values.
• Oversee benefits programs, design, renewals, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and labor laws.
• Coordinate payroll processing with third-party vendor.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees.
• Develop training and career development programs.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain confidential HR records and regulatory reporting.
