Qualifications

• Experience in people operations or HR management across employee lifecycle, benefits, and compliance.
• Proficiency with HR systems and data reporting.
• Strong experience in employee relations and policy creation.
• Ability to design and improve HR processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment law; multi-state or international HR exposure is a plus.
• Experience in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, multi-entity environments, preferably in investment, hospitality, or sports sectors.

Responsibilities
