MaxVal Group is seeking an experienced US HR Manager to lead our HR operations across the United States. You will ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, drive employee engagement, and partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.

The role covers onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS management, with a focus on policy updates and data privacy. Remote role with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in US HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with US benefits administration (Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, COBRA, FMLA).
• Strong knowledge of US payroll inputs and tax forms (W-4, W-2, 1099, 1095-C).
• Experience with joining formalities, onboarding, I-9 compliance, employee relations, and offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage US HR operations aligned with federal and state laws and corporate policies.
• Partner with US leadership to drive efficiency, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance.
