• Strong knowledge of US employment law; familiarity with Mexican labor law is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with benefits administration, compensation benchmarking, and payroll coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR integrations through mergers, acquisitions, or rapid headcount growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a lean HR setup with limited administrative support.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% of the time across the US and occasionally internationally.
