Wayfair is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of People Operations in Atlanta to partner with store leadership on staffing, onboarding, training, and performance practices. You will manage frontline HR processes and serve as a central contact for associates while supporting the Store Manager and leadership team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR generalist or people leadership experience in a frontline workforce environment, retail preferred.
• Working knowledge of US employment law and policy-aligned practices.
• Experience using Workday or similar HRIS, scheduling systems, and LMS reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate People Data and reporting in Workday for Talent processes.
• Own frontline staffing logistics: open/close job requisitions, staffing strategy, offers, onboarding requirements, and mobility processes.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure thorough introduction to Wayfair and store expectations.
• Support training and development: assign training plans, review LMS reports, and identify skill gaps.
