Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Partner based in Boston to partner with field leadership across multiple markets. You will manage employee relations, onboarding, and policy implementation while traveling to stores as needed to support our hourly teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in HR or People Ops, strong coaching skills, and comfort navigating high-volume, customer-facing environments. This is a hands-on, field-facing role with a focus on retention and engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR or People Ops experience.
• Experience supporting frontline, hourly, or field-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Operations on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
• Coach GMs, Shift Leads, and Operations Managers on performance and team dynamics.
• Lead employee relations matters and investigations with proper documentation.
• Identify trends in turnover, attendance, and engagement to drive proactive actions.
• Support policy rollouts and People programs across markets.
