Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for our Atlanta facility. This on-site role focuses on building strong leadership, optimizing conformity center operations, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

You will lead cross-functional teams, guide process improvements, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with transport, data, inventory, and engineering to achieve company goals. Previous Six Sigma experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex operational or improvement projects (Six Sigma preferred).
• 5+ years in e-commerce, supply chain, operations or logistics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and leadership to identify opportunities to improve conformity center operations.
• Supervise security, employee engagement, quality, performance and customer experience in the conformity center.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes, tools and technology to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
• Coordinate with transport, data, inventory, engineering and other groups on inter-functional projects.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate performance trends to the organization.
