Job summary

Wayfair Atlanta Store is seeking a Community Marketing Senior Associate to drive the company’s local community engagement, events, partnerships, and social amplification for our new large‑format store in Atlanta, GA.

The role is based at the Atlanta store, reporting to the Home Office Store Marketing team in Boston. You will collaborate across the field and Home Office teams to build and execute the community strategy and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success developing and executing community marketing strategies with data-driven results.
• Ability to drive results in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong connection to local community and knowledge of customer demographics.
• Experience with the Chamber of Commerce and B2B groups.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a community marketing roadmap, playbook, seasonal strategies, and execution.
• Create and manage in-store event calendars (1–2 per month) with local relevance.
• Build relationships with key community partners and participate in local events.
• Manage social media content and online presence for the store.
• Handle budget, forecasting, and reporting for campaigns.
