You will manage frontline staffing, HR data in Workday, and confidential employee inquiries to ensure smooth store operations.

The role emphasizes organization, discretion, and hands-on leadership to create a positive, inclusive environment for associates and to support the Store Manager and Talent teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years frontline people leadership in a retail setting.
• Knowledge of US employment law and policy-aligned practices.
• Experience with HRIS/workforce systems (Workday, LMS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate People data and reporting.
• Own frontline staffing logistics with Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Support training plans and learning progress tracking.
• Manage employee inquiries and talent case work.
• Support performance reviews and leadership matters.
• Drive store engagement, recognition and culture initiatives.
• Partner on development plans and succession planning.
