The People Operations Specialist Team will have the opportunity to help define our ways of working within HRIS and CRM tools. The Global Operations Specialists are a highly collaborative, cross-functional team that drives team readiness, partners with program owners, and assists People Operations in meeting diverse employee needs. You will be the expert in work authorization processes, procedures, and tools, tracking program performance and providing insights to improve the employee experience.
Description
We directly impact the employee experience daily by providing expert support to Apple employees worldwide. We manage data and records across multiple countries, supporting Workday processes and transactions, and partnering with stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and a top-tier employee experience.
