We need a People Operations Specialist who loves people, processes, and (let’s be real) a little bit of paperwork.

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

  • Recruiting Sidekick: Help us welcome our next superheroes (a.k.a. new hires).
  • Onboarding Guru: Ensure every newbie feels like a VIP from day one.
  • Record-Keeping Wizard: Keep our HR files organized enough to make Marie Kondo weep with joy.
  • Benefits Buddy: Help our team understand and enroll in all the perks they’ve earned.
  • Culture Enthusiast: Play a key role in nurturing the positive, people-first culture our team loves.

Skills You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (HR, Business, Communications, or "I Majored in Being Awesome" accepted)
  • 3+ years in HR/People Ops (or similar role where you made life better for humans)
  • Superhuman attention to detail
  • A love of solving puzzles (the HR kind, not necessarily jigsaw)
  • Bonus points for PHR or SHRM-CP certifications
